steps to reproduce:
1. New a radar chart.
2. Show series labels.
3. Add toggle data point visibility to value series.

Actual result:
No matter which data point you click,  it always toggle the visibility of first label.

Text render event must be copied or cached in Radar renderer, so that interactivity in SVG elements can work correctly.
