steps to reproduce:
1. New a data set with the attached data file.
2. New a radar chart, specify series as the screenshot.

Actual result:
You will see the message shows up. See attaches screenshot.

The error message is not correct, it belongs to an exception, which is thrown when a series' dataset contains no data. This check is unnecessary for Radar chart, and it's removed now.
