Description:
Data Binding is disabled in Chart Builder but enabled in Edit Data Binding in expression builder when Inherit Columns and Groups.

Build number:
2.6.0.v20100513-1121

Steps to reproduce:
1. New a table binding to the data set.
2. Add a chart in the table footer, select Inherit Columns and Groups.
3. Check "Data Binding..." button, it is disabled.
4. Open expression builder, select Available Column Bindings->Chart->Edit
Bindings in category, check the bindings.

Expected result:
The operation on Data Binding should be consistent.

Actual result:
"Edit Bindings" should be removed in Expression builder (see the screenshot).
