To reproduce

1. Create a scenario, the editor for the scenario opens automatically in the upper right.
2. Create a model
3. Create a disease model
4. Drag disease model into the model
5. Drag model into scenario
6. Go back to the Model editor and delete the contained disease model, save the model.
7. Without closing and re-opening the scenario editor, open its contained model. The disease model still shows up.

This can be very confusing. In the project explorer when the scenario is opened up the disease model is gone as expected.
