Description Glyn Normington CLA 2010-05-12 12:47:41 EDT
I recently raised some CQs and put "No." in answer to the cryptography question. These CQs were then flagged as cryptography=yes until someone noticed and then we had them corrected.

Please consider allowing "No." as an alternative to "No" and perhaps allow other capitalisations too such as "no" and "no.".

This will avoid the same problem occurring in the future.

Hi Wayne,

Are portal code changes yours, or should Webmaster be looking at this one?

Thanks.

I tripped into this too today while raising https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7122.
Comment 3 Nathan Gervais CLA 2013-04-02 11:53:21 EDT
The new IPzilla module for the PMI no longer attempts to force this as a yes/no decision, the data entered will be repeated exactly as typed into the CQ comments when generated.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

It looks like we've been FIXED for a while...
