Since Eclipse Forms 3.5 there is a NO_TITLE_FOCUS_BOX style flag for ExpandableComposite and Section that prevents the  focus box around the title to be drawn.
In RAP, this style is still missing.

This style flag has been added with Forms 3.6 adoption. RAP doesn't display (draw) focus box around the title at all. That's why this flag is not evaluated.
