In case an application with a synchronizable repository crashes or does not shutdown properly the repository is not usable anymore.
During the next start the following exception is shown:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Local repository was not gracefully shut down
	at org.eclipse.emf.cdo.internal.server.syncing.SynchronizableRepository.doActivate(SynchronizableRepository.java:248)
	at org.eclipse.net4j.util.lifecycle.Lifecycle.activate(Lifecycle.java:70)
