Description:
  lable content in grid disappear when preview as xls, preview as html,web view etc are fine.

Test Build:
BIRT2.3.2 v20100115-1545

Step to reproduce:

1. Create a report (see the attachment test report)
2. create a grid(2 x 1),create a lable in the second cell of grid,lable content set to test
3. the second colunm's width in grid set to 100%
4. preview as xls

Expect result:
lable content can display

Actual result:
lable content disappear
