The idea is to create a maven archetype plugin that generates a project with maven support. This would mean, that it would create a proper pom.xml with adecuate maven dependencies.

* This maven plugin needs to be available in a maven repository for other people to use it.
* It should add the VEX nature and builder.
* It may add some meaninful example for documentation (DITA/Docbook)
* It should add pre-configuration for the use of http://mojo.codehaus.org/dita-maven-plugin/
* It may add example for the maven resource plugin (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=312493)
* In future, it may add sample PDF/XHTML customizations for DITA front matter.
* It should be able to fit in the workflow of creating a maven project from archtype definition within the Eclipse IDE (m2eclipse is starting point)
