As per the decision by the Modeling PMC to adopt Buckminster as the common build engine for all Modeling projects, please migrate the build for Ecore Tools to Bucksminster.

Ed, please apply the attached patch so that the new locations of the releng projects are reflected in the RMAPs contained in them

EcoreTools is now built with the CBI (common build infrastructure) of Eclipse. I have no plan to adopt another build technology.
