And "all the latest" isn't even ready yet! 

While "watching" bug 309566, I realized that fix won't do many of us any good, if its not in the convenient "base builder". I've not seen the platform actually uses this new OSGi layout for localized data, but Orbit has a few, WTP a lot ... probably anyone with "new" plugins use it, since PDE changed early this release to use that layout by default. 

So, Kim, just wanted to get this on your radar that it'd be nice to have a base builder with this publisher fix in it, as soon as possible, so those of us that use it can publish correct repos for our release candidates. (RC2, if not RC1). 

If not ... guess we could all solve it by creating our own base builders.

Yes, I'll tag a new version of base builder once RC1 is available.
