Hi Webmaster, I do not know how to allow voting on GEF builds. Where is the setting?

You'll need to login to the portal, then go to "tools for all committers" -> "Bugzilla targets,versions and milestones" then select the GEF project and increase the 'maximum votes per person' from 0 to 1 and that should do it.
