Firstly, I don't see that control when testing on Windows with M7. In any case, we're extending the platform's WizardNewFileCreationPage so we have no direct influence over the layout of that part of the page. It will need attention from the platform team; likely the problem is reproduced with all file creation wizards...

Reviewed and released >20100519. I was on the fence about the removal of "fill/grab" GridData in the file combo. Keeping it lets the combo expand to cover the entire page, which would give us the greatest guarantee of clipping not happening. As I see it: Pros for the patch as is: - slightly more aesthetically pleasing - should solve the problem, because it lets the combo compute the needed size without clipping - doesn't require another round of review Cons for removing grid data: - combo has greatest chance of being big enough - less change in the code if we keep the grid data In the interest of expediency, I've released it as is. If would be good to have the original tester promptly verify this fix on tomorrow's RC2 build so we can know for sure.
