Rendering problems on committer details page:
- wrapped title overlaps
- the "How to read this: ..." at the bottom is quite hard to read

I think I've fixed most, if not all the alignment/rendering issues.  Please reopen if you see anything else out-of-whack.

Oh, you will need to force a refresh to get updated stylesheets, etc.
