Fairly simple regression in M7 (not in M6) in my CDT project: Save all works, but not when pressing Ctrl-Shift-S. 
Just pressing Ctrl-S works, which saves current file.

I checked, there are no conflicts with this keybindings. I use the standard scheme and never modified key bindings.
