I see the problem and I have noticed that it happens for both the Environment and Arguments tab. I will look into this problem and let you know when I have more.

thanks
Ross

Just for translators reference, here are the files and variable for those tab labels.

eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.jdt.debug.ui/org/eclipse/jdt/internal/debug/ui/launcher/LauncherMessages.properties	JavaArgumentsTab__Arguments_16=	Arguments

eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.debug.ui/org/eclipse/debug/internal/ui/launchConfigurations/LaunchConfigurationsMessages.properties	EnvironmentTab_Environment_7=	Environment

Correct - we won't be adding mnemonics for all tabs as described in bug 29923.

I read Bug 29923 today.
I looked into all the tabs and found N, Q, X and Z are not yet used as a mnemonic key.
Could you check if one of them can be used for the tab?

<response_by> Keiko Terada at 2010.05.27.23.04.16 </response_by>
correction
I found N is used.

The dialog name I report here is "Profile Configurations". 29923 is for Launch Configurations dialog.

The run/debug/profile dialogs are basically all the same - they just result in a different lauch mode (and have a different label on the launch button). It's also possible that the tabs for a specific mode differ slightly.

However, we do not intent to add more accelerators. The intended use is to press "C" for the common tab and then use arrow keys to change tabs.

According to dev, there is no plan to fix and it works as-design. Please close this TCT when you can.

Thank you

Kathy
