The GMF example does compile anymore.

- Regenerate Xtext part
- Regenerate GMF part

Fixed in HEAD.

Relevant Xtext API changes were
- Changed interface of IFragmentProvider
- Serializer -> SerializerUtil

Also had to add a NP guard in the OnChangeEvictingCache to make IQualifiedNameProvider work with unloaded elements.
