+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #290621 +++

The current implementation (released in M7) has the following commands:

addbaseline [ { -A | --active } ] <target definition name>
Creates a new baseline based on the given target definition. If -A or --active
is given, the baseline is activated. The name of the resulting baseline is the
same as the name of the target platform.

lsbaselines
Lists available baselines by name.

setpref baseline=<name>
Activates the given baseline
