Every editing of JavaScript file and saving invokes automatically build of whole workspace and web project, particularly, that leads to application server class loading error.

App. Server - WebLogic 9.2 MP3
Used FileSync plug-in for hot deployment 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit any JavaScript file and save
2.Started automatically build that recompile Java classes (including custom tags)
3.Serialization error in application server about custom tags reloading

Does this only happen with JavaScript files?  Is it reproducible without the FileSync plug-in installed?
