The sash tab is not refreshed when a nested editor is renamed.

There is several problems:
- the nested editors need to throw an event when renamed
- an object need to catch the event and ask to refresh the SasshContainer
- The sash container should have a method to refresh the tabs.

The tabname is now refreshed.
