Page-break-inside: avoid is set on both html text, so the second text is put into the second page. it's expect result. If you want the second html text is shown after the first text, you should remove page-break-inside: avoid on the second html text.

I followed your instructions, but I got the same result. I run the attached report with view report as pdf. Could you send me a report design file, which was tested by you and worked correctly, please? Thank you, Csaba
