Using class OuterTeam from bug 311201 with missing base classes
none of the unresolved references offers the quickfix to create the
missing class (after "playedBy", lhs of "as").

We should add this support.

r358 introduces JavaQuickFixTests which try to reproduce this issue.
The desired behavior already works in all test plus manual attempts.
