Description Andrea Mazzario CLA 2010-05-05 16:45:09 EDT
We have a model B that extends classes of a previously defined model A.
We implemented it by specifying model A as an Additional Resource in model B and by dragging specific classes of A into B.
We then created the classes of B, defining inheritances to the classes of A.
Everything worked fine, the classes from A are clearly shown as such in the B diagram, and the ecore file generated includes all the proper classes and inheritance relationships.
The problem is that if we reopen the ecorediag file, none of the inheritances between classes of A and classes of B are displayed in the diagram. Only the inheritances between classes of A and the inheritances between classes of B are displayed.
This makes the diagram B quite unreadable and useless. Does anybody know of any workaround to this problem?

This is something which does not happens anymore with EcoreTools 2.0.
