steps to reproduce:
1. New a radar chart.
2. Add interactivity,toggle visibility, to value series or legend.
3. Preview and invoke interactivity.

Actual result:
Toggle visibility will toggle the whole chart visibility, including the scale lines.

This is a Radar charts only issue. Now the scale lines will not be toggled together with series.
