Description Cedric Brun CLA 2010-05-04 05:24:19 EDT
In order to get significant performances improvements when using models referencing other models, Resources being binary identical should be matched by a simple co-iteration building the corresponding match model.
Comment 1 Cedric Brun CLA 2011-03-08 03:52:30 EST
Re-thinking about it, now that we have a MatchScope API we could simply ignore the binary identical models, both memory and CPU would be saved thanks to this.
Comment 2 Laurent Goubet CLA 2012-03-06 04:12:22 EST
Binary identical fragments are ignored since 1.2. Incoming developments on the logical model integration will further reduce the impact of these since we will only match the "changed" resources that will have been detected beforehand.
