Description:
Focus should not change to report after create chart view for table or cross tab.

Build number:2.6.0.v20100504-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1.Insert a table.
2. Creat chart view for table and click Finsh

Expected result:
Focus in chart view or table

Actual result:
Focus is in report layout.
