+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #243582 +++

TM/RSE should leverage the new PDE support for scmurl references embedded in the MANIFEST.MF as per bug 243582.

Released to 3.2M7. Had to use basebuilder v20100423 and set 

generateSourceReferences=true 

in the org.eclipse.rse.build/build.properties
