Could you please give DJ Houghton (dj) and Andrew Niefer (aniefer)  the following rights.

-shell access to build.eclipse.org
-add to the signers group
-commit rights on org.eclipse.helios.build in /cvsroot/callisto

They need these rights so our primary release engineer (Kim) has a backup.  Today she don't have a backup with the appropriate rights which means we can't perform builds if she is on vacation or sick.
