JDT APT: P2 NPE'd trying to update to this build, so I'm downloading and installing from scratch. But we've not changed anything in a while so I expect JDT APT is fine. Will confirm as soon as possible.

What build were you upgrading from?

201004414-1200; or at least, a 3.6M3 build that had been incrementally updated to that level. JDK plus releng tools, no other features, IIRC. I've still got that build, and the error log; looks like there have been problems for a while now, along the lines of: "No repository found at jar:file:/D:/eclipse/eclipse36m3/eclipse/dropins/content.jar!/."

We shouldn't debug it in the middle of this bug report, though :-) If you're interested in pursuing send me some mail and I'll file a separate bug.
