Failing project

Hi,

When I import the attached project, I get the error "Broken ref to: modisco:/query/My#self" on the uiCustom file.

This error should not appear and cannot be removed with a project clean.

Hi,

This revision fixes the query builder id the declaration of the uiCustom builder.

I've also added a dependency id checking in the class ModiscoProjectBuilder.
