Virgo plans currently contain the line:
<plan xmlns="http://www.springsource.org/schema/dm-server/plan" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" atomic="true" name="com.cisco.test.tea.plan" scoped="false" version="1.0.2.SNAPSHOT" xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springsource.org/schema/dm-server/plan http://www.springsource.org/schema/dm-server/plan/springsource-dm-server-plan.xsd">

This makes sense for the Virgo baseline release which is maximising compatibility with dm Server 2.0.x.

However, after that release, the schema should be moved to eclipse.org and have references to dm Server replaced by references to Virgo.

Note that longer term the OSGi Alliance may standardise a functional equivalent to Virgo plans at which time a suitable schema may be available from osgi.org. However, this is by no means certain. The standard may not emerge from OSGi and it may not be suitable as a complete replacement for Virgo.

We should fix bug 321634 before, or as, we move the plan schema to eclipse.org.

Agreed with the Eclipse web master that http://www.eclipse.org/virgo/<filename>.xsd is a suitable location.
