Thanks for the bug. The templateExcludes weren't being propagated when processing the table of contents. Fixed in CVS, will be available with the next weekly build.

Created attachment 167717 [details] output from latest build I've just downloaded the standalone package and run your attached build script, and it looks fine to me. The problem that you're experiencing is likely due to the fact that you're pointing the wikitext classpath at your eclipse plugins folder. That folder contains both the old version and the new version of WikiText. Instead of doing that, I recommend downloading the standalone package. That way you're sure to be picking up jar files from just one version of WikiText.

Mylyn WikiText standalone is currently at version 1.3.0I20100526-0500 (from http://www.eclipse.org/mylyn/downloads click on the Standalone link) Note that I'm trying to get a new build out today for bug 308207
