Build: I20100428-0100

1) Window > Preferences > General > Workspace > Linked Resources
2) Uncheck "Enable Linked Resources"

-> Note I can still configure the preferences for DnD on this page even when linked resources are completely disabled. These preferences don't make sense if links are not supported. DnD should just copy in this case (old behaviour).
