If a package contains another one :

	P1
	|___ P2
	
In the diagram drag P2 outside P1, P1 is no more contained into P2 (semantically) by a ContainmentLink is added between P1 and P2.

This ContainmentLink should not appear as it is graphically inconsistent.

Either the DND results in moving the package, or it result in changing the containment representation from nested package to packages with containment link, but the behavior should not be a mix of these 2 possible behavior.

Also concern Class - NestedClassifier containment.

This bug still exists.

Updated to target milestone 0.7.0
