I would like to see all descriptions after @param foo lined up to make it visually easier to tell them apart from their keys.

Eg.

/**
 * Foo
 * 
 * @param bar Pass your bar here.
 * @param fooQuux Pass foo's quux here.
 */

should format into:

/**
 * Foo
 * 
 * @param bar     Pass your bar here.
 * @param fooQuux Pass foo's quux here.
 */
