The TS Explorer is extending the Java PackageExplorer using "internal" classes.

In future....we will move away form storing the artifacts as pojos, so the Explorer will need to be reworked.

Should probably base it on the NavigatorContenet prinicples.

Notes:

Need to look at the way drag and drop is done onto digrams....amongst a raft of other items.

This enhancement has already been fixed, since we now base the Explorer on the Common Navigator Framework.
