Currently it seem not possible to style the menu via CSS sheets. This especially make the new Eclipse 4.0 SDK looks strange as everything is new and fancy except the menu.

There is some discussion of this in bug 293231, though that was targeted to the 3.x stream.  I've also marked this dependent on an underlying SWT bug.

This would require SWT-side work by way of the blocking bug, or a decision to put effort into ownerdraw menus and associated styling.
