There is now a "Simultaneous Release Tracker" at the Eclipse Foundation Portal [1]. This takes the place of the bugzilla tracking system we had last year. Its purpose is to provide an easy way to document status, progress, and data towards the Simultaneous Release Requirements. [2] [1] https://dev.eclipse.org/portal/myfoundation/portal/portal.php [2] http://www.eclipse.org/helios/planning/EclipseSimultaneousRelease.php [3] http://wiki.eclipse.org/Helios/Simultaneous_Release_Tracker_FAQ
Did a first pass.
I have filled in a few of the missing requirements in the portal: http://eclipse.org/helios/planning/SimultaneousReleaseOverview.php?action=project&projectid=tools.mylyn (All projects: http://eclipse.org/helios/planning/SimultaneousReleaseGrid.php). Requirements currently not met: * Release Review PMC Executive Summary (RC2) * Url Api Reports I am tempted to ask for an exception for the API reports as I don't see much value in them unless someone looks at the reports regularly and takes action. Does anyone have a strong opinion on making API reports for Mylyn available?
As discussed on todays call, we'll generate an API report for the 3.4 release late in the release cycle.
See bug 288570 for API report details.
All items should be updated now.
