With the JIRA connector moving to Atlassian the only feature remaining on the extras update site is the Trac connector. Trac is a committer supported component that satisfies the requirements listed under http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn_Contributor_Reference#Main therefore I propose that Trac is moved to the main update site instead of maintaining a separate site for the sole purpose of distributing a single feature.

As part of this we can consider changing the requirement that all features on the main update site are contributed to the Eclipse release train but I am confident that the Trac connector is sufficiently mature to be hosted on the Helios update site.

Please comment here if there are any concerns with moving the Trac connector to the main update site and into Helios.

Steps:

	?  Move Trac connector to main update site.
	?  Update releng scripts.
	?  Update Orbit bundle copy target accordingly.
	?  Update SDK features.

The Trac connector will be available from the standard update site with the next weekly build. Removal of the extras site is tracked on bug 304753.
