There is a bug when we want to create a profile in the diagram.  (Null Pointer Exception)
The stack trace references the bug here :  org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.profile.edit.parts.ModelEditPartTN.addChildVisual(ModelEditPartTN.java:205)
