Certain edits do not mark the editor dirty. As a side effect of correcting the behavior of the the content provider modifying the dirty state of an editor (see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=300527#c9), certain edits do not mark the editor dirty. For example, change the artifacts/locations/pairs of a deployment.
We need to implement a new strategy of marking the editor dirty after every edit. Requires validation in the consuming products. Requires new test case for all TPTP test assets.
In addition, test suites.

Although we should consider a new strategy of marking the editor dirty after every edit instead of the poor design of the content provider modifying the dirty state of an editor, there is a simpler fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=300527 that eliminates this side effect. As such, resolving this defect as a duplicate of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=300527. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 300527 ***
