Fix to allow activity bindings to govern show view menu

There is a bug in the current version of the workbench (3.4) that RAP is using that does not allow view shortcuts on the "Show View" menu to be governed by activity bindings.

This has been fixed in Bug 261622, so I am including the patch here.
