Under relatively rare circumstances, the DropAccept event can be send without any DragEnter. To reproduce in ExamplesDemo:
- Go to List
- Press down near the lower or upper border of a ListItem.
- Move very slowly towards the nearest other ListItem.
- Let go as soon (and not a pixel later) as an request is send (use Firebug)

Might not work every time.
