'myProject1' is assigned to two working sets A and B. In Breakpoints View 'Group by > Resource Working Sets' is set.

Steps are:
1) Collapse 'B' working set node
2) Select all breakpoints in 'A' node and 'Disable' from the context menu
3) Expand 'B' and there will be only one breakpoint inside

I think that it is easier to reproduce the problem when there is more breakpoints per working set. I can easily reproduce it for 3 breakpoints per workspace as on the second screenshot.

The fix in bug 300849 also fixes this issue.
