Syncup script should not process English strings (language_id=1)... unless I'm missing a hidden reason for that.

Hi, I will feel happy if anyone tell me where I can read the script.

If the script is written with PHP or Perl or ColdFusion,
I can make some patches.
If Java, I may be able to read and give some comment.
