Is a CQ required for this contribution (i.e., do you authored more than 250 lines of code in it)?

I updated the plugin with the Incubation Tag
I authored more than 250 lines of code in it, so yes a CQ is needed for this contribution

Hi,

The contribution has been committed and fixed to conforms to the new version of the interface IJavaModelQuery.

TODO: 
* This new plug-in has to be added in the example feature.
* "Access restriction" warnings need to be fixed.

The test plug-in has been committed.

Please note that the test plug-in is not concerned by the CQ because the test plug-in is 100¨authored by Grégoire Dupé (committer).
