TPTP BIRT Test Tabular Reports do not show results.

The sub-reports for the TPTP BIRT Test Tabular Reports sometimes contains no (see http://download.eclipse.org/tptp/4.7.0/dev/TPTP-4.7.0-201001191900/BVT/IBM_JRE_150/A1DDEBC2F72A24E0D36BE63633313737.html) or an incorrect number (see http://download.eclipse.org/tptp/4.7.0/dev/TPTP-4.7.0-201001191900/BVT/IBM_JRE_150/A1DDEBC34FFC2E60D36BE63633313737.html) of test results.

This symptom is caused by defect #299964 since each verdict event references the root test suite and not the correct test case, causing the following confidition in org.eclipse.tptp.test.report.birt.internal.elements.util.TPFExecutionResultSerializer.serialize(OutputStream) to fail resulting in the test report data set to not contain any <verdictEvent> elements:

This (http://download.eclipse.org/tptp/4.7.0/dev/TPTP-4.7.0-201001261900/BVT/IBM_JRE_150/A1DDEBC2F72A24E0D36BE63633313737.html) is not a defect but a change in the TPTP Test Project test bucket between TPTP 4.6.2 (TPTP-4_6_2 branch) and TPTP 4.7.0 (HEAD).
