i often have to reassign changed resources to other change sets since i'm often working on multiple issues at a time.

i know that if i activate the tasks properly mylyn would do that for me, but in the heat of things i just havnt learned to activate the tasks at the right time.

would be great if DnD worked here.

Moving to platform which provides the change set support and would need to support DnD in the Synchronize view.

yes, except i'd also like to drag them out of an assigned changeset.
