Remove the packaging of empty plug-ins for Test and Trace BIRT Report in the TPTP driver (All TPTP Plug-ins and sub-project zips).

The Test and Trace Report BIRT As-Is function will still be available as a separate installable zip in the As-Is section of the download page.

The reference to org.eclipse.tptp.test.report.birt in org.eclipse.hyades.execution/src-automation-client/org/eclipse/hyades/automation/client/adapters/ant/AutomationClientAdapter.java should be investigated.

This involves removing the following empty plug-ins from the driver:
org.eclipse.tptp.test.report.birt
org.eclipse.tptp.test.report.birt.doc.user
org.eclipse.tptp.test.report.birt.source

org.eclipse.tptp.trace.report.birt
org.eclipse.tptp.trace.report.birt.doc.user
org.eclipse.tptp.trace.report.birt.source
