There are 2 failing tests in N20100114-2000:
P2Tests.testBug263272 on all platforms
P2Tests.testP2SimpleProduct on mac

P2Tests.testBug263272 was caused by when a Messages bundle was moved in a refactoring, but the NLS.initializeMessages messages.properties location was not updated.  Fix is in.

P2Tests.testP2SimpleProduct on mac was caused by mac being a special case wrt to eclipse.ini location and launcher fragment name.
